Justice Hogg from the high court of Justice of England will hear the case of international organized crimes against children and the elderly.

Exploitation of new born babies to obtain millions in profit by a family who owns Hillsborough child nursery in Bishopstone Swindon SN6 8PW (a child care center), which this case is of public concern to all those parents who have children in such care center and families aborad who become victims of this criminal organization..

Justice Hogg has received the following evidence which hopefully she could give an explanation or demand an explanation of the following criminal acts of this large conspiracy who uses new born babies to obtain millions in gains through high influences.

We have requested Justice Hogg to find how Sebastian Pavon Cuellar, a baby of 8 months old was kidnapped from Mexico right after an International settlement agreement under Hague proceedings was reached ordering the child to remain in Mexico.

This instrument is much more powerful then the treaty itself of THE HAGUE CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION (a treaty which protect children from the harm of abductions and taken abroad and to return them to their country where they were abducted from) and this instrument was reached with the representatives of each country involved (England, Mexico, and United States) as representatives of the Treaty as well as by agreement of attorneys, Daniel and Samantha and others.

SUCH INSTRUMENT ORDERING FOR SEBASTIAN TO REMAIN IN MEXICO UNDER MUTUAL CUSTODY and emphasis added, under the Hague Convention, which itself makes it as powerful as it can be.

The instrument gets executed on December 3, 2007 and the documents of the baby will be held by the consul of the USA embassy Cecil K Scott who personally takes the duty to safeguard the documents of the baby to prevent his abduction from Mexico (Sebastian is a US and Mexican Citizen)

During the execution of this instrument and before a notary, Samantha Lowry requested a DNA test of the baby. (A mother who does not know who is the father of her son…) the DNA is to take place that same week.

But Samantha kidnaps the baby at 8 months old with her boyfriend Tristan Nind and has concealed the whereabouts of the baby up to date.

We hereby request Justice Hogg to serve Justice in this case and with just a few exhibits shows why is a matter of urgency to protect the baby from this harm, but also between our nations to respect Treaties and agreements of our countries (pacta sunt servanda)
