Brief: Samantha Lowry planned this fraud since December 2006, time when she hires a company called Adelante solutions who gives Media and Government Contacts and the company who actively participated in the fraud 5 months later and before the birth of the Baby on March 2007.
Around May 16, 2007 Samantha Proposed to Marry Daniel, Daniel accepted, and then they were to take a trip to Mexico, Daniel and Sebastian left on May 25, 2007 and Samantha was to arrive on May 28, 2007. But did not, she simply delayed her trip claiming she fell ill.
But on May 25, 2007 Samantha Trespassed into Daniel Homestead and the theft began.
The Milner Law firm is hired on May 29, 2007 by Samantha Lowry and her parents, then on May 30, 2007 Joe Milner (Joe D Milner) commenced proceedings in Travis County Court, claiming the child is in Austin Texas, with risk of International abduction, and to place restriction against Daniel to obtain any travel documents for the baby, when in fact Samantha had them all, even the travel documents and money of Daniel and she was to bring them to Mexico with her. Daniel and Sebastian try to return to Texas, and kept requesting their documents from Samantha, but purposely and maliciously Samantha obstructed their return to Texas, in conspiracy with the Milner Law Firm, Joe Milner and Jami Milner Turner
They keep proceedings secret and obtain a child support from the Court; Joe Milner obtains illegal child support by claiming the child is in Austin Texas and also claiming all types of lies.
Samantha Lowry in conspiracy with others including and specially Joe Milner from the Milner law firm obstruct the return of Daniel and Sebastian to their home, and claim he kidnap the child to Mexico to FBI, but in Court they claim the child is in Austin Texas with risk of International abduction to be able to obtain child support and do the kidnapping through court, then, Joe D Milner, claims Daniel did not pay the child support and try to sale his homestead, and kidnap his son even asking for a ransom of $ 150 000.
Joe Milner also conspired to place inside the homestead Samantha, knowing she did not live there, and knowing it is the Homestead of Daniel protected by law and Constitutions

Simultaneously, Samantha Lowry using strong influences in government and are making raids in Mexico City against the Elderly Parents of Daniel and even raids on the home of the parents of the husband of the sister of Daniel when Daniel in fact is in Veracruz. Yet, no legal records in police of any raid made in the Parents home of Daniel were stolen documents, including bank records were used for fraud in Travis county court by Joe Milner, the Milner firm and Samantha Lowry. While then, the family members of Samantha; Scarlett Lowry and Joseph Lowry and also her boyfriend Tristan Nind are using physical violence against the Parents of Daniel in Mexico City. Since Joe Milner from the Milner Law Firm and the Lowry family are also stealing all from them in a secret frivolous suit, OUT OF JURISDICTION; but claiming all events happened in Austin Texas.
Evidence against Joe Milner, Samantha Lowry et al of their involvement of the murder of Daniel father right after he had sued Samantha after he found of the fraud committed against him, followed from Murder attempts against him and his wife, reported to police and before the murder.
Joe Milner, the Milner Firm and Samantah Lowry et al have been formally accused of Conspiracy, Theft, Fraud, Kidnapping and murder as well as other issues.

The Texas Rules of Civil Procedure required that this documents would be sent at least 72 hours in advance if Daniel would be in Texas, but Daniel was in Mexico and International laws and the International Treaty of the Hague Convention on service Abroad required these document and all others should be served through the Central Authorities in Mexico, and in person. This document titled “fourth Amendment Petition” was received by email, at 4:28 pm on August 10, 2007 (Friday) but does not even set the place and time for the final trial, that apparently took place on August 13, 2007 at around 8 AM.
This type of harassment to steal all from Daniel and prevent him to return to defend himself, while Samantha Family members were attacking with physical violence his family.
The Texas Family code of 152.205 nullifies any custody order that was granted without the opportunity to be heard.
