EVIDENCE USED AGAINST DANIEL PAVON ON AUGUST 13, 2007

Exhibit's 1,2,3,4,5, are just records of Sebastian Such as Birth Certificate, verification of birth , lab report and medical record,
irrelevant as to the amounts they obtained or their false and frivolous claims

Exhibit 6: Stolen records by Samantha Lowry and is the Payment for the Taxes of Daniel Homestead

Exhibit 7: Stolen Records by Samantha Lowry and are checks from the Bank account of the Parents of Daniel

Exhibit 10: Proves is the HOMESTEAD of Daniel, HOMESTEAD is exempt property and cannot be taken from him, Homestead is protected by laws and Texas Constitution.

Exhibit 11: Stolen records by Samantha from Daniel, such "letter" is not a letter but a contract that was no longer valid to purchase a property and is a priviledge and Confidential record.

Exhibit 12: Also stolen record by Samantha Lowry, such record was dated on March 2000 and part of a large file for a pending Lawsuit at the time against Amy Lynn Merritt

Exhibits 14, 15 further proves Samantha Had the travel Documents and other documents, (click here to see how she obstructed the return of Daniel and Sebastian to Austin)

Exhibit 16: Was the Child support requested by Milner WITHOUT THE CHILD, but not even for the amount granted, without proof of income as required by law and the amounts requested are illegal in Texas Click here (such page was built long ago, now we know the scam was made by Joe Milner, Milner firm and Samantha Lowry)

Exhibit 17 and 18: is the Contract with Joe Milner and the Milner Law Firm dated May 29, 2007 (4 days after Daniel and Sebastian left to Mexico and were awaiting for Samantha In Mexico) and (18) Joe Milner Curriculum Vitae

That leaves only Exhibits 8, 9 and 13 as relevant to their claims. But in fact prove their fraud!

Exhitit 8: Email sent by Daniel on May 21, 2007, where Daniel is responding to the proposal of Marriage of Samantha Lowry
Joe Milner nas Samantha Lowry by fraud and deception only highlighted the part of "I give you custody of the baby" and claimed by fraud upon the court Daniel gave her custody of the baby, but left out "if you give me full custody of you" and all the rest, including "would you take me as I am" Perverse...

Exhibit 9: Dated May 26, 2007 and May 29, 2007 : Which clearly shows that after Daniel and Sebastian were in Mexico(May 25, 2007), on May 26, 2007 Samantha was perfectly fine with it, and even writes "love Sam" also shows , then on May 29, 2007 clearly shows Samantha Lowry was to arrive to Mexico City on May 28, 2007 and Samantha perfectly knows where is Daniel and Sebastian who are awaiting for her

Exhibit 13: Samantha files as evidence this Exhibit in the Court of August 13, 2007, were she threatens Daniel, and can be clearly seen her perversity when she has all their travel documents. Now using her own Exhibits she filed we prove the events:

JUNE 1, 2007: Describe the events
JUNE 2, 2007: After the Lowry family began violence against Daniel Family, Daniel and Sebastian are in their way to Laredo where Samnatha is to send anyone with their travel documents to enter the United States. But Samantha does not go, does not send anyone to obstruct their return. Even when she claimed in secret and by perjuries, Sebastian was allergic to all types of formula and could die, and that he was kidnapped and missing.
JUNE 5, 2007: Samantha send a blank joint custody suit by email to Daniel, that she would file it in the Court only if Daniel wanted, but keeping secret her proceedings of fraud of May 30, 2007 and to keep secret the hearing of June 13, 2007
JUNE 6, 2007. Daniel and Sebastina return from Laredo after been stood up by Samantha Lowry who did not send anyone with their travel documents for them to enter the United States (Laredo is 12 hours each way from Mexico City, and only 3 hours and a half from Austin texas)
