Samantha Lowry knew Daniel Pavon was suing Amy Merritt, an exgirlfriend from 20 years ago from Daniel, Amy Merritt also suffered from the acts of Samantha Lowry and Andrew Westbrook, who even sent raids to her home in Michigan by claiming Daniel was in Michigan when they knew Daniel was in Mexico, but for the purpose of intimidation and threats.

Amy Merritt was a woman which Daniel met in 1988 and dated just for a couple of months, she had claimed she could not get pregnant because a doctor had mess up her inside in another abortion she had, then, all of the sudden she got pregnant.
Since it was in the beginning of the relationship Daniel believed it was from someone else.
At that time they both agree to have the abortion.
Then Amy Merritt attempted suicide by cutting both of her wrists, Daniel left knowing she was having the abortion.
Years later, Daniel received a Child Support notice, DANIEL FOUND HE WAS ADDED AS "FATHER BY DEFAULT". Daniel requested a DNA but Amy Merritt refused; the child was adopted at the age of 7 years old. The child support was to be dismissed.
Years later once again Daniel received another notice, then, Amy once again refuse to the DNA but “Fixed” the problem and Child Support was dismissed.

Then on March 2000 Daniel receive this notice that is a notice of to appear in Court 200O, a bench warrant notice, and repeat NOTICE.

Daniel Pavon Contacted Amy, who she claimed she Fix the problem.

Finally on 2007, Daniel Requeted a DNA of such child, the result arrive March 30, 2007 of such DNA, and the results showed Daniel was the father and initiated a LAWSUIT against Amy Merritt to have taken his parental rights and destroyed the life of the child who was in jail at the time.

Samantha Knew this, and Samantha contacted Amy Merritt to work in conspiracy with her, then Amy will not get sued, and Samantha will steal all from Daniel, aided with Westbrook who even made a raid to Amy's home in Michigan claiming Daniel was in Michigan, when they knew Daniel was in Mexico and had not seen amy for 20 years and was suing her.
