 Daniel Pavon Cuellar  was also in Contact with him since around June 2007, time when Daniel requested the help of the Embassies and reported the fraud and crimes committed against him, Martin B Tatuch was also part of Mediation to reach this Settlement Agreement.

Maria del Rocio Vazquez Alvarez: Director of Family andForeign Affairs for the Central Authorities of Mexico (Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores) One of the first people Daniel Contacted for help and to notify her of  events, sent her evidence and also Rocio Vazquez Alvarez was part of the Mediation to reach the Settlement Agreement, Daniel Pavon Cuellar
was in contact with her on usual basis during the events.

Tristan John Nind: Boyfriend of Samantha Lowry, possible real father of Sebastian, also aided on the kidnapping and murder attempts against Daniel Parents before the Murder.

Joseph Patrick Douglas Lowry: Brother of Samantha Lowry also aided on the kidnapping and murder attempts against Daniel Parents before the Murder. Previously accused of sexual abuse to a minor child in the Lowry family owned nursery in Hillsborough Child Nursery Bishopstone, Swindon United Kingdom, SN6 8PW.

On Page 3 and 4  Paragraph  1) Samantha Lowry states she signed herself the settlement agreement voluntarily and she RATIFIES the same before Vice Consul Nicola  Javette Mockridge  for the Embassy of United Kingdom and Northern Ireland in Mexico and Cecil K Scott from The United States Embassy in Mexico.

And the Notary Statement has been translated to Samantha Lowry by Abraham Eckstein Salz before all the people Present

Page 4 Paragraph 2): Samantha Lowry  delivered to Xavier Zepeda Alvarez Original documents of the Birth Certificate of Daniel Pavon Cuellar, also delivered Daniel Pavon Cuellar  PASSPORT  also delivered his GREEN CARD (Visa). (Samantah Lowry withheld the travel documents of Daniel and the Baby to make impossible their return to Texas to be able to steal all the property of Daniel and his family in secret)

Page 4 Paragraph 3): Describes the delivery of Sebastian and also that Ruben Espinoza Montero, Surgeon, pediatrician and with title to exercise Pediatric Neurology , who Xavier Zepeda Vazquez requested to examine in detail the Baby Sebastian John Raul Pavon Cuellar.

The Doctor Pediatrician gives the details of his examination and finds the child to weight 8 kilograms and 500 Grams, measuring 68 Centimeters and detail information about all his condition, checked in detail all his organs and body, his conclusion is “he is clinically  healthy”.

Then, all his statement was Translated to Samantha Lowry, Tristan John Nind and Joseph Patrick Douglas Lowry by Abraham Eckstein Salz.

Also Doctor Ruben Espinoza Montero stated that he could see Samantha Jennifer Lowry to be in full use of her mental abilities, acting WITHOUT ANY PSYCHOLOGICAL PRESSURE OF ANY KIND.

Samantha Jennifer Lowry manifested she will not sign any document to desist of actions for the moment and will be until tomorrow that she will go to the Public Ministry once the DNA of her son will be made and proceeded to depart the room with Tristan John Nind and Joseph Patrick Douglas Lowry.

IMPORTANT PAGES 30 AND 31: ARE THE UNITED STATES VISAS OF SAMANTHA JENNIFER LOWRY AND TRISTAN JOHN NIND THAT IS REQUIRED FOR THEM TO DELIVER AT THE BORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE UNITED STATES, BUT THAT PURPOSELY AND MALICIOUSLY WERE NOT DELIVERED AND THAT WAY THEY COULD RETURN TO UNITED STATES WITHOUT PASSING IMMIGRATION. Samantha Jennifer Lowry aided by Tristan John Nind and Joseph Patrick Douglas Lowry fled the Country of Mexico that same day, before the DNA took place.

Around two months later, the father of Daniel Pavon Cuellar was murdered at the age of 79 years old less then two weeks after he delivered evidence of the fraud committed against him and the Pavon Cuellar family.  Daniel and his mother received dead threats if they would go to the United States. (pending proceedings against the Lowry family et al)

Samantha Jennifer Lowry continued to sale the properties and the 1732 Original Fine Art Masterpieces.

On May 2008, Daniel Pavon Cuellar commenced proceedings under the Hague Convention for the child abduction. The High Court of England is to Hear the case.

Then, know Samantha Jennifer Lowry sick and perverted sexually derranged Mind and know her family.

What Justice does she deserve?

Daniel Pavon Cuellar has offered forgiveness to Samantha Lowry and her family, simply because of Sebastian, and that Daniel does not want that Sebastian will have a convicted felon as a mother Simply Daniel wants  the return of his property and his son, and Samantha Lowry to abide by the International Settlement Agreement.

But Samantha Jennifer Lowry and her family does not answer, has concealed up to date the whereabouts of the child, has attempted to change his name , her name and disappear remaining in Illegal possession of all the property of Daniel Pavon Cuellar, and other property from his family, including all personal documents of Daniel Pavon Cuellar, even his homestead and the 1732 Masterpieces.

Daniel Pavon Cuellar want this to stop, while the baby is of an age that he is unaware of what has happened. But Samantha Lowry refuses, even if she faces possible Jail terms of decades or life in prison if Daniel pavon Cuellar will go after criminal charges against her, nevertheless, Daniel Pavon Cuellar et al, has filed a CIVIL  suit against Samantha Jennifer Lowry  et al
