Following is the Medical Report of Sebastian Pavon Cuellar after his Abduction on December 3, 2007.
The High Court of England has ordered to be given a Medical Report covering the dates from December 3, 2007 (day of the kidnapping) to June 2009, but the report has missing from December 3, 2007 to June 2008.
The Medical report is shocking, the Cafcass Officer claims the fracture took place by leaving the baby unattended and he fell from a high chair and his leg got stuck in the chair as he fell: Sebastian was also Taken to Emergencies (A&E) for Otitis Media Acute With Vomiting apparently cause by the neglect of Samantha Lowry Continue to refuse to give any IMMUNIZATIONS to the baby, even if they were due since January of 2008.
Samantha Lowry had previously and since birth refused to give medical care to the baby, including refusal to give him any vaccines.
Daniel Pavon give him his vaccines and proper Medical attention as soon as he arrived to Mexico, saving him from a serious ear infection.
Nothing more is known of the baby by Daniel Pavon.
The Whereabouts of the baby remain concealed up to date.
The DNA requested by Samantha before the kidnapping took place, has been denied, but it is possible the baby is not even from Daniel since Samantha discovered to be pregnant in England while she was there over a month, and Daniel was in Mexico. Samantha's Boyfriend Tristan John Nind, arrive to Mexico in Secret on May 28, 2007, the day she was to arrive, and also Tristan John Nind participated in the murder attempts against Daniel Parents before the murder took place and aided her in the Kidnapping of the baby on December 3, 2007.

Samantha Lowry had previously produce false documents of pediatricians, such as DOCTOR PHILLIP AMBLER AND DOCTOR WARLEY, two pediatricians from the United Kingdom who had never seen the baby, but allegedly claimed the child was allergic to all types of formula and could die.
Samantha Lowry had also produce other altered Medical records and extensive forged and fabricated records.
The Medical report reffers to vitiligo been a birth mark, but it is not, and more concerning, Sebastian did not have any birth marks.
