To obtain 35 million dollars plus Millions worth of Real Estate, 1732 Dapacu Masterpieces and more, even the homestead of Daniel and all the assets of his family.
Daniel keeps requesting their travel documents.
On this date, June 8 2007 the corrupt and criminal Austin Police Department Detective Andrew Westbrook requested an International Parental Kidnapping against Daniel, and for the one´s who do not know, the code reads as follows:
"Whoever removes a child from the United States, or attempts to do so, or retains a child (who has been in the United States) outside the United States with intent to obstruct the lawful exercise of parental rights"
Not only Samantha Lowry did not have custody of the baby, but neither Daniel was preventing her from any Parental Rights:
