All these proceedings were held secret, but the Hague Convention states that no warrants should be issued, yet, is presicely what Samantha Lowry was doing, trying to obtain false warrants against Daniel Pavon while he was awaiting for her in Mexico City. These documents further proves her trespassing into Daniel Pavon Homestead, as the record clearly shows she lives in Thomaswood Lane and not at the homestead of Daniel Pavon, time when all the theft began, and reason of this ordeal. Including the theft of the 1732 Original Dapacu Masterpieces, but ending in the theft of Real estate, the homestead of Daniel, 35 million dolars...and in Kidnapping and Murder.
But even Samantha commenced Hague Proceedings and supposed to be CIVIL, Samantha Lowry after obstructing the return of Daniel and Sebastian to the United States and with full consular support granted by TONY BLAIR, Samantha Lowry knowing Daniel was in Veracruz raids were made in Michigan to an ex-girlfriend of Daniel of 20 years ago, yes, (twenty years ago), also three raids to the elderly parents of Daniel home in Mexico City and even to the elderly parents of the husband of the sister of Daniel in Mexico City, as a distraction and intimidation as Samantha Lowry et al, were SECRETLY stealing all from Daniel and his family. The raid made in the Parents home of the husband of the sister of Daniel was made with around 15 officers heavily armed with machines guns and covered faces.
More concerning is, STOLEN RECORDS from such raids to Daniel Parents home (Without any legal record of any raid been made there, up to date) were use for fraud in Travis County Court by Samantha Lowry et al. to steal all assets from them.
